Jana believes God created each one of us for a unique, divine purpose. Her passion is to help people discover their God-given potential and develop an action plan to pursue it. She helps clients create a clear vision for the future that will move them from where they are to where they want to be. Jana believes that every individual is uniquely valuable with distinctive gifting, history, and call. Christian principles are used as a foundation for goal setting and problem-solving, creating motivation, and reinforcing core values. As a coach, she will come alongside the client, asking questions and formulating options that may have been dismissed or never considered. Guided by the Holy Spirit and supported with prayer, the client will identify goals and develop action steps to strategically move them forward toward their goals while learning to release anything holding them back from their dreams.
