Mary Frances Brace
Counseling Intern
Mary Frances Brace is completing her master’s degree in counseling and is expected to graduate and become a P-LPC in the spring of 2026. With a strong foundation in counseling theories and techniques, she is passionate about supporting individuals through life transitions, personal growth, and emotional challenges.
Her specialty is working with teenagers, helping them navigate the unique challenges of adolescence—including identity development, stress management, peer and family relationships, and planning for the future. Mary Frances is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and client-centered space where teens feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
Drawing from training in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based counseling, Mary Frances seeks to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. She values authenticity, empathy, and resilience, and is excited to continue building her skills as she prepares to become a licensed professional counselor.
