Lydia Holloway
Staff Counselor
Lydia was raised in both Coffeeville and Grenada, MS. She attended Kirk Academy, where she graduated from high school. Lydia attended Millsaps College where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 2000 and then obtained a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Mississippi College in 2002. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field. She has more than 10 years of experience with inpatient care having worked as a psychiatric technician, clinical therapist, and discharge planner for St. Dominic Behavioral Health, as well as an admissions coordinator for Mississippi Children’s Home Services. In addition, Lydia served as the Outreach Coordinator for Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services office in Madison for six years. She joined The Center for Hope and Healing team five years ago in May 2018.
Lydia is an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Jackson. She and her husband, David, have been married for more than 17 years and live in Madison. They have 2 school-age children, 2 adult children, 1 grandchild and numerous pets.
