Mary Beth enjoys working with couples, individuals, and adolescents – she is honored to walk with her clients as they seek to understand the various aspects of themselves and their lives which cause distress. She utilizes various counseling modalities in order to create a safe, welcoming, and healing environment within which her clients have the space to grow, learn more about themselves, and work towards the completion of their goals. Mary Beth has experience in both a clinical setting as well as jail ministry where she leads counseling groups for women trustees.
In her practice, Mary Beth works with communication issues, attachment patterns, anxiety, depression, anger management, OCD, boundaries in interpersonal relationships, social skills work, and many other behaviors and issues which clients wish to resolve. Mary Beth has been working as a P-LPC since June of 2022 and employs Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other modalities in order to assist her clients in their healing journey.
In her spare time, Mary Beth is always up for an adventure – whether it is playing with her many nephews and nieces, traveling to a new place, arrowhead hunting, playing board games with her family, or tagging along with her husband while he tends the farm. She would love to get to know you and your story and would be honored to walk beside you as you journey towards the healing that is waiting for you.
